HOW TO PREPARE
- Clean the Conchs
- Slice into little squares
- Place in processor, and Blend with Onions, Peppers, garlic, and cilantro.
- Add flour slowly, until you get a smooth texture.
- Add Seasonings of your preference.
HOW TO COOK
Now you can place pot spoon of Batter on grill to warm, while the vegetable oil is heating and preparing for fry.
There after, fry the batters until they are Golden Brown in color, or to your preferred choice.
YOU CAN SERVE WITH
- Steam Vegetables
- Special Souce
- 1 tsp. Salt
1 plugs of Garlic
½ tsp. Black pepper
1 medium Onion (sliced)
Additionally, you can add local season or special spice of your choice if preferred.
Note: Conchs season is from October 1 – May 31
