Ms. Wendy worked at a resort as a waitress in 2001. She had the opportunity to learn more about customer service and developed a love for working with people. After an unfortunate hurricane hit Placencia she decided to give in to her passion and open a restaurant. Wendy’s restaurant started mainly as a tiny fast-food shop run by Ms. Wendy and her family. In the year 2002, that dream became a reality!
